BRANSON’S WHISPER COVE DEVELOPMENT COMPLETES FIRST PHASE WITH FIRST ROUNDABOUT FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.

Branson, MO – Myer Land Development Company is pleased to announce that Whisper Cove, a new luxury mixed use residential resort development on Table Rock Lake has completed its first phase of the project. Development highlights include:

• Branson’s first residential roundabout featuring an amazing aquifer fountain utilizing over 600,000 lbs of rock which welcomes every resident to Whisper Cove

We worked vigorously with Larry Van Gilder at the City of Branson to provide City of Branson waste water treatment to our residents. We have also left as many trees as possible in the development..” stated Gail Myer, President. Myer also commented, “Strong covenants, superior materials, and our design philosophy are consistent with Frank Lloyd Wright’s approach. For example, the water feature uses 300 tons of boulders, just as God made them. The aquifer has four spillways that circulate over 1000 gallons of water a minute in a beautiful display visible from all sides of the roundabout.”
